Egg Hunt Registration

 *** Last Day to Preregister is April 21, 2010***

Below you will find an online registration form for the 2011 Easter Egg Hunt will be held on April 23, 2010, at Glatfelter Field, Lancaster Avenue, Columbia, PA (next to Anvil International).  You can pre-register by using the form below or you can register at the field at 10:00 a. m. on the day of the Egg Hunt.  The Egg Hunt begins at 1:00 p. m.  Rides and attractions open at 10:00 a. m. 

• Please indicate in the first field your e-mail address, please note that Impact Christian Center doesn't participate in selling e-mail address.

• In the subject line, please type in Egg Hunt Registration.

• In the Message Field, please type in

1. children(s) first and last name(s)
2. indicate whether your child is a boy or a girl
   
3. age of the child/children on the day of the event
4. first and last name of parent and/or guardian responsible for the child on the day of the event

we at Impact Christian Center do our best to accomodate all children, even those with special needs.  Please indicate if any of your children require extra attention in this Message Field.  An area is setup for children that require special attention, please note that they will be participating in their own age group.  Please bring any special needs, on the day of the Egg Hunt, to the attention of any Security Personnel prior to your age group being called.

4.ADULTS PLEASE REGISTER THIS YEAR FOR ADULT PRIZES.  PLEASE INDICATE ON THE FORM THAT YOU ARE AN ADULT!  ONLY REGISTER AS AN ADULT IF YOU ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER

Should you wish to make a monetary donation to this year's 11th Annual Columbia Community Easter Egg Hunt, there are various levels of sponsorship opportunity available.    Below you will be able to download and fill in the 2011 Donation Letter.  Also this year we are taking online donations via Paypal.  Please see the information below about donating online.  If sending in the Donation Letter please follow the return directions on the bottom of the letter.  If you have any other questions you can contact us directly at (717) 684-4770.
